This is a video of my time with the Audi A1 quattro worth £47,000 today which was kindly loaned to me by Audi UK (even though I couldn't get a £14k Up! GTI out of VW UK!) 333 were made, all left hand drive and just 19 came to the UK so it's a very special car. It was announced around 2 years before the S1 was launched and while similar, this is very much a 'skunkworks' car with lots of unique features. When the S1 came out I thought owners would be annoyed but in reality it just drew more attention to the A1 quattro's special qualities. Testament to this is that today low mileage examples like this one are worth significantly more than their original £41000 list price. Please comment and thanks very much for watching!
