<p>Hackett Gold. Built from August 1997-October 2000 The 1st of the 3rd generation Commodores, again based on the Opel Omega, a stronger, safer rounded body. Independent rear suspension was standard across the range. The Clubsport was the base model offered by HSV, (a company that improved performance as well as adding a more sporty appearance) also available was the GTS, Calais based Senator and Maloo ute. This limited edition SV99, only 99 were built, all in Hackett Gold with 18in gold alloy wheels also got an LSD, leather seats, cruise control, CD stacker and fog lights, </p> Engine; 250kw 5.7 V8
