| Description | Powered by a turbocharged 2,0-litre 4 cylinder with 280HP & 392Nm, the Hyundai i30 N facelifts accelerates with an eight speed dual clutch transmission from zero to 100km/h in 5,9sec. Itβs equipped with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, recieve larger (360mm) front brakes and ride on newly developed 19in alloy wheels and Pirelli P-Zero rubber, which reduce unsprung mass by 14.4kg compared with the standard 18in alloys. The suspension and steering have both been retuned as a result of this weight loss. The DCT includes several unique features. First up is N Power Shift, which delivers a thump in the back on full-throttle upshifts when changing gear manually. The second feature β what Hyundai calls N Grin Shift β is accessed via a steering wheel-mounted button labelled βNGSβ. Press it and all of the i30 Nβs variable parameters are put into their most aggressive setting for 20 seconds.
