toronado-a-go-go- Spotted this 1978 Oldsmobile Toronado XS on the 80 Freeway today. This was Oldsmobile's prestige car, when their Cutlass the Toyota Camry of it’s day. Not many Cutless or Toronado survive today. For those of you born after this car was made, Oldsmobile was once a brand of automobile owned by General Motors. This one got 10 mpg on premium fuel.

A Pair of Tesla Roadsters- Spotted at the town picnic: All electric (they said it couldn't be done.) 60 m.p.h in 3.7 seconds, and a range of 245 miles on a single charge (Thats around 96 km/hr in 3.7 seconds, a range of not quite 400 km.) The day after the picnic, the first of their new 4 door sedans was delivered to the first owner - at Tesla's HQ which is about a mile from where the picnic was held.
