In 1970, four different size cars were available; The compact A body 4 door Valiant Sedan and 2 door Duster. The Intermediate B body Belvedere, Satellite, GTX, Road Runner and Superbird (same platform as the Dodge Coronet, Super Bee and Charger) And the full size C body Fury I, II, III, Gran and GT. Barracudas were built from 1964-74. The first generation built on the Valiant A body platform, the 1970-74 second generation, built on the new E body 'Pony' car platform. Sharing this platform was the Dodge Challenger.
