It was exciting until the very last day of the racing, but at the DTM final of the season 2020 in Hockenheim, René Rast took a terrific victory with a lead of more than 10 seconds! By claiming this victory, Rast was able to defend his position in the overall standings and secured his third title. Rast is now on a par with Klaus Ludwig, who claimed three DTM titles as well.
