    • Heute zeigt uns Stefan seinen BMW M635 CSI aus dem Jahr 1986. Er besitzt den Wagen seit 12 Jahren und hat ihn seither 30000 km bewegt. Der M6 der Baureihe E24 zeichnet sich durch seinen legendären 3,5 Liter Reihensechszylinder-Motor (M88/3) aus, der schon im BMW M1 verbaut wurde. Außerdem ist die Karosserieform des stilistischen Nachfolgers des BMW 3,0 CSI (E9) zeitlos elegant und dennoch sportlich. Eine Eigenschaft, die heute nur noch wenige Autos haben. Stefan gibt uns Tipps was beim Kauf zu beachten ist und welche Reparaturen er gemacht hat. Außerdem berichtet er über die Kosten der Ersatzteile sowie der Reparaturen der Zylinderkopfdichtung oder des Scheibenrahmens. When I get inside, I immediately embody myself with the vehicle. Giving me no opportunity to lose my attention, the Cayman GTS demands the attention of the road as well. Make no mistake when it flies past you and leaving a trail of unforgettable exhilaration. This turbocharged 2.5L Boxer four(4) mid-engine rumbles just behind the edge of your seat, giving you maximum engagement when you tap the throttle. Coming in at just 365 horsepower, the PDK transmission moves at a blink of an eye. I mean come on, this feels like it’s got at least 500 horsepower packed inside. This will definitely be the first Porsche on my bucket list and I’ve never experienced anything like it. Let me know if there is anything that you guys really liked that I may have missed. A small potted history .. is that Ford USA reached an agreement with Italian car maker De Tomaso and to create an automobile to compete with the Chevrolet Corvette. this car debuted at Monza in 1970.   • 2022 Audi RS Q e-tron Rallye Dakar Fahrzeug - technische Daten und Fakten | Electric Drive News
    • Hier sehen wir im Zeitraffer ein Rennwagen entstehen, schon beeindruckend, oder? Doch bis so ein Fahrzeug zusammengebaut werden kann, steckt schon eine Menge Planung dahinter und das obwohl es noch gar keine finalen Werte für alternative Antriebe gibt und die Corona-Pandemie auch solche Arbeiten erschwert. Es geht um ein Rallye-Fahrzeug für die Rallye Dakar - denn Audi geht mit einem ganz besonderen Gefährt auf die Road to Dakar. Audi RS Q e-tron Rallye Auto Mit dem Audi RS Q e-tron, also offiziell einem Cross-Country Rallye Car, mit dem der Hersteller in der Kategorie T1E für alternative Antriebe antreten wird, stellt Audi viel moderne Technik in einen Stahlgitterrohrrahmen, der mit Carbon und Zylon-Faserverbund-Strukturbauteilen veredelt wurde. Audi RS Q e-tron Hybrid? Zugegeben, die Ladeinfrastruktur ist überall noch ausbaufähig, aber gefühlt sind wir in Deutschland da schon auf einem guten Weg. Bei der Rallye-Weltmeisterschaft und der Rallye Dakar geht es über zwei Wochen mit Tagesetappen von teilweise bis zu 800 Kilometer. Ein Rennen über eine lange Distanz und definitiv durch Gebiete, bei denen es keine Ladeinfrastruktur gibt. Audi RS Q e-tron Leistung Audi will dort mit einem fahrenden Labor antreten, mit einem besonderen Hybrid-Modell. Die Hochvoltbatterie wird durch einen TFSI-Benziner geladen, der normalerweise in der DTM eingesetzt wird. Aus den 2.0 Liter Motoren holt man bei der DTM bis zu 610 PS hinaus, man fährt dort aber auch mit maximal 3,5 bar Ladedruck und dreht maximal bis 9.500 Umdrehungen. Doch beim Audi RS Q e-tron treibt dieser Motor nicht die Achsen selber an, sondern dient "nur" als Generator um den Elektroantrieb mit Strom zu versorgen. Dafür dreht er zwischen 4.500 und 6.000 Umdrehungen, ein Drehzahlbereich bei dem der Verbrauch sich im Rahmen hält. Er lädt das Fahrzeug durch einen Energiewandler mit maximal 220 kW und Audi setzt hier auf die 800V-Technologie. Die eigens entwickelte Batterie im Audi RS Q e-tron wiegt 370 Kilogramm und verfügt über eine nutzbare Kapazität von 52 Kilowattstunden. Die maximale Systemleistung des E-Antriebs, das Quattro im Namen verspricht ja schon den elektrischen Allradantrieb, liegt bei maximal 500 kW, allerdings weiß man derzeitig noch nicht, wieviel davon später final abgerufen werden können. Audi RS Q e-tron Felgen, Fahrwerk, Bremsanlage Die Kraft geht über 8,5 x 17" Schmiedefelgen die mit 37x12,5 x 17" BF Goodrich bereift sind auf den Untergrund. Für die Verzögerung ist eine relative klassische Bremsanlage verbaut um den Kontakt zur Schotterpiste kümmern sich Einzelradaufhängungen vorne und hinten. Der Audi RS Q e-tron kommt mit einem Vorwärtsgang aus. Vorder- und Hinterachse sind wie auch bei Elektrofahrzeugen üblich nicht mechanisch miteinander verbunden. Die von Audi entwickelte Software übernimmt die Drehmomentverteilung zwischen den Achsen und erzeugt somit ein virtuelles, frei konfigurierbares Mitteldifferential – mit dem positiven Nebeneffekt, das Gewicht und den Platzbedarf von Karadanwellen und einem mechanischen Differential einsparen zu können. Audi RS Q e-tron Antrieb Der elektrische Antrieb an der Vorder- und Hinterachse ist identisch. Alle Komponenten (MGU, Inverter, 1-Gang-Getriebe, Differenzial und Rutschkupplung) sind in einem Aluminiumgehäuse untergebracht. Das Innenleben von MGU und Inverter wurde verstärkt, die Kühlung optimiert. Vorder- und Hinterachse sind nicht miteinander verbunden. Die Funktion des Mitteldifferenzials übernimmt die Software. Audi RS Q e-tron Abmessungen Ein paar Werte haben wir noch für euch! Der Audi RS Q e-tron ist 4,50 Meter lang, 2,30 Meter breit und 1,95 Meter hoch. Ohne Fahrer wird er knapp 2 Tonnen auf die Waage bringen und der Benzin-Tank wird mit maximal 295 Liter Benzin gefüllt sein. Audi RS Q e-tron Beschleunigung Auf losem Untergrund beschleunigt dieses Fahrzeug innerhalb von 4,5 Sekunden auf 100 km/h und die Höchstgeschwindigkeit wird sehr vermutlich reglementiert auf maximal 170 km/h. Audi RS Q e-tron Vorteile durch Elektroantrieb? ...und wir freuen uns den Audi RS Q e-tron bei der Rally Dakar zu sehen und wer weiß? Eventuell fährt man in der Zukunft ja auch bei dieser Veranstaltung ausschließlich elektrisch? Der Elektromotor ist extrem effizient, es gibt kaum Leistungsverluste und man hat auch keine Temperaturprobleme zu erwarten wenn man im Sand etwas langsamer unterwegs ist, vor allem kann man aber den Elektroantrieb in fast allen Situationen viel leichter kontrollieren, da dieser nicht auf äußere Einflüsse wie Luftdruck, Temperatur oder Luftfeuchtigkeit reagiert. Showcasing the new Exige S' phenomenal performance, the Exige R-GT will participate in the newly formed FIA GT category of the FIA Rally Championship on asphalt in Monte Carlo, Tour de Corse and San Remo. Powered by the same V6 3.5 litre engine as the new road Exige (+ 350 PS 3.5l V6 Supercharged Evora S Engine), significant changes have been made to the gearbox and the restrictors on the engine in order to control the power. Lotus will initially partner with several customer teams following the tried and tested method in which Lotus entered IndyCar and returned to Le Mans. For Group Lotus' Director of Motorsport Claudio Berro the return to rally has an extra special meaning: "My motorsport career started in rally, in fact, I even took part in the Talbot Sunbeam Lotus' Italian Rally championship winning a race in San Marino back in 1981 so this is a very nostalgic moment for me. As we unveiled the car in Frankfurt, alongside the original championship winning car, I had the chance to get back inside and the smell was exactly the same - it brought back many happy memories for me." "With the new R-GT rules in rally, it's a very interesting time for us to return to the sport. Naturally our approach this time around will be different to when we won the championship three decades ago, but I think our philosophy is definitely the same, we want to compete and ultimately we want to win. Our new rally car, the Exige R-GT is a dream come true for those who are passionate about GT racing - this will be their car." The beauty of the Exige R-GT is that although it's a professionally set up race car, you don't need to be a pro to drive it - the race car has been developed alongside the road car allowing the technical team to create the perfect race machine, high performance but without losing the sense of fun to drive and ease of use. Developing the race version of the Exige in parallel with the road car has allowed the Lotus technicians to make rapid advances in terms of safety and reliability.

  • FIRST LOOK: £3.8m Bugatti Tourbillon – 1800hp V16 Hybrid Chiron Successor!
    • How do you replace the Chiron, a hypercar that ultimately topped out with nearly 1,600bhp and a top speed over 300mph? CEO Mate Rimac toyed with a hybridised Chiron and even reskinning his own electric Nevera hypercar, but in the end settled on an all-new car… Praise be, for what a thing it is! The engine is a naturally aspirated 8.3-litre V16 that’ll rev to 9000rpm, and together with three electric motors, the hybrid powertrain pops out a stonking 1,775bhp (or a nice round 1,800PS). It will be limited to 277mph – but don’t bet against a top speed record attempt in time. The interior is, perhaps, even more special, taking a leaf out of Pagani’s book for delectable details, with the exposed workings of the intricate, incredible dials giving the Tourbillion its name.
