Wartburg is a car brand from Germany. It was established in 1956 and is owned by the company VEB Automobilwerk Eisenach. Their cars are globally identified by the "World Manufacturer Identifier" (WMI): [ WMI ] resp. the German counterpart "Herstellernummer" (HSN): 0873. They produced vehicles with that brand name until 1991.
