No key needed, just have a fob in your pocket and put your hand in the door handle, the door unlocks. Get in and with your foot on the brake, press the start button. It has the three features that I have insisted on: MP3 CD playing, Aux input for my MP3 player, and automatic headlights. Oh so smooth and quiet.
