The upmarket version of the PC Cresta which in itself was a flash car - I believe the Viscount had electric windows as standard which was quite something in the late 1960s. The Viscount was not sold officially in NZ but seeing as this one has been here since new I would say it was brought in to order by someone who had access to overseas funds.
