Abarth n'aura pas attendu longtemps avant de dégainer sa version musclée de la 124 Spider. Fiat lui avait réservé une première mondiale en novembre dernier dans le cadre du Salon de Los Angeles. Abarth transfigure l'allure de ce modèle en lui greffant des boucliers sportifs et un capot noir. Posée sur des jantes de 17 pouces renfermant des freins Brembo, cette 124 Spider arbore au niveau de la poupe un petit aileron et deux doubles sorties d'échappement.

    • About 18 months ago I contemplated trading my 2005 Dodge Magnum for a new or newer car. I started searching, but I just could not bare getting rid of my wagon for a car that seemed to blend in with all the other cars out there. The only cars I found somewhat tempting would far exceed my willingness (and ability) to pay the difference from trading my Dodge in. I had flash backs to my college economics classes, The utils of satisfaction did not justify the additional expense. I also realized I was starting to sound like my Dad. For a couple of years Dad was searching for a replacement for his 1978 Dodge Diplomat station wagon. (another Dodge, V8, rear wheel drive (RWD), station wagon) He would have bought another one, but Chrysler Corporation had stopped making an M-Body station wagon. He did consider the Gran Fury, Diplomat or Fifth Avenues, but just could not switch back to the sedan. GM and Ford still built V8, RWD wagons, but Dad was not interested in them.     • Aegean Blue. GM created Pontiac in 1926, sold beside the more expensive Oakland. The Oakland was dropped in 1933, the Pontiac continued to be sold until 2010. The Firebird pony car and its platform sharing cousin, the Camaro were introduced in 1967 to compete with Fords Mustang. These 1967-69 first generation Firebirds had a characteristic Coke bottle styling. Unlike its cousin, the Camaro, its bumpers were integrated into the front end surrounding the grille and its rear slit taillights were inspired by the Pontiac GTO. 1968 saw only minor restyling, turn signals now wrapped around the front edges of the car, and at the rear, the Pontiac Arrowhead logo was added to each side, front door vent-windows were replaced with a single pane of glass and Astro Ventilation, a fresh-air-inlet system 1969 saw a major restyle to the front end and the Trans Am performance and appearance package introduced. In 1968 a 2 door Hardtop or Convertible were available Engines; 175 or 215hp 250 cu in 6 cyl, 265 or 320hp 350 V8 and 330hp 400 V8, 335hp Ram Air (hood scoops, higher flow heads and a different camshaft) 340hp Ram Air II

  • 1959 Ford Galaxie Skyliner
    • After a long, long Winter the cool cars are coming out in Minnesota. The weather was still dark, cold, wet and windy, but High School Proms and a couple of car club events brought out great cars despite the conditions. Thank you to The Minnesota Central Chapter of the AACA for bringing their Spring Fling Tour and the CCCA Spring Garage Tour to West Central Minnesota with all of your great cars. Willmar Car Club members Francis Kalvoda, Paul Aasen, Scott Jorgenson and the Schwanke Car, Truck and Tractor Museum displayed their collections to help lure so many fantastic cars and their drivers out on a rather nasty day.

  • 2017 Ford GT supercar
    • After introducing the Focus RS, Ford has also shown the brand new GT supercar, for the first time ever on the Old Continent. The model in question has been officially unveiled back in January, at the 2015 North American International Auto Show.The 2017 Ford GT will be hitting the production line by the end of 2016 and this will make it a 2017 model year.
