Designed by the former Lamborghini designer, Filippo Perini, there will be 5 Zerouno models to be built with radically designed full carbon fibre bodies and based around the VW group's 5.2l V10 platform with 610hp. This particular car taking part in the Michelin Supercar Paddock at the Goodwood Festival of Speed was the prototype pre-production car but gives us an insight into what the car is about and why things are created the way they are. Based on the Audisport V10 engine, but given a titanium exhaust system, there is no denying this car sounds mightily good! What do you think about it as an idea, as a concept to create one-off or highly limited editions now as we've seen before from Lamborghini with the Veneno, Aventador J, Centenario and so on. Ferrari Portofino M 2021 review | Autocar- This is the new for 2021 Ferrari Portofino M, with M for Modificata, or, in English, Modified. Which is pretty straightforward, really. It's the revised, updated, facelifted, modified version of Ferrari's softest car, the Portofino, a sports car with a folding metal roof. The modifications are quite broad, and include a power hike to 612bhp, the fitment of an eight-, rather than seven-speed twin clutch gearbox, petrol particulate filters and revised design inside and outside. In the UK its price is from £175,360 but you can add to that pretty quickly with some options. It's a fast car, though, able to go from 0-62mph in just 3.45sec and on to a top speed of 199mph. Rivals? Cars, we think, like the Aston Martin DB11 Volante and Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet, or perhaps the Bentley Continental GT. Some of these will be more sporting, others more comfortable. Ferrari SF90 Review | UK track and road test of 1000hp hypercar | Autocar- This is the new Ferrari SF90 and it has a full 1000hp. That's 986bhp to non-metric old-school brake horsepower fans but whichever way you cut it, it's a shed load of power. It has a lot of firsts for Ferrari. the SF90 is Ferrari's first plug-in hybrid. It is its first four-wheel drive mid-engined supercar. It's also it's first road car with this amount of power, which sticks it right into hypercar territory, if you make such distinctions. It comes in two variants, standard (such as it is) and with an Assetto Fiorano package - lighter and keener, with passive Multimatic dampers, titanium springs and exhaust, and more aero. This car has that package, more on which in a moment. Straight-line performance is spectacular. This is a car that can do 0-62mph (0-100kph) in just 2.5 seconds and has a top speed of 211mph. Such frantic acceleration from rest is made possible by the fact it's 4wd. It has two electric motors on the front axle and another between the engine and gearbox, assisting the 4.0-litre twin turbocharged 90-degree V8 engine that sits behind the occupants. But as well as being able to be driven a combination of combustion and electricity, this PHEV Ferrari can naturally be driven on battery power alone - in which case it becomes a front-wheel drive, zero emissions vehicle. Which is pretty amusing. All of this gubbins does mean, though, that the SF90 is relatively heavy, at 1570kg (dry) with every lightweight option, for which you can figure it's nearly 1700kg at the kerb. And, well, it's quite a lot of money. The base price is £375,000, to which you can add £40,000 for the Assetto Fiorano package, and it doesn't end there. From a full in-depth walkaround to hot laps at Fiorano and driving on the countryside roads. It's the best super-GT money can buy, take a watch to see all about it. Kicking off at the legendary Fiorano test track in Maranello, Italy, let's take a look around Ferrari's new 800hp/718Nm beast, retaining the naturally aspirate V12, now up to 6.5 litres. Then it's a short drive around the roads of Maranello to see what it's like in that environment before returning to the track to be shown how it's down by Ferrari test driver, Raffaele De Simone. Then it's out on the roads to explore the local countryside and imagine what the 812 Superfast would be like to use in its natural habitat. NEW V-16 Bugatti Tourbillon: All the details of the 1800hp HYPERCAR | Henry Catchpole- This is the new Bugatti Tourbillon, the successor to the Veyron and the Chiron, due to be delivered in 2026. Its looks are very much evolution rather than revolution but unlike its predecessors the Tourbillon doesn’t have a turbocharged W16 engine, instead it has a naturally aspirated, 8.3-litre V16 developed with Cosworth. This produces 1000hp on its own but in conjunction with three electric motors the Tourbillon has a combined hybrid system output of 1800hp (1775bhp). As you can hear in this video, it is a pretty incredible sounding engine, revving to 9000rpm. It’s a distinctive sound too and for comparison we’ve included the soundtracks of a couple of its naturally aspirated hypercar rivals - the 6.5-litre V12 from the Aston Martin Valkyrie and the 3.9-litre V12 from the GMA T.50 (both also developed with Cosworth). Bugatti’s Director of Design, Frank Heyl, talks Henry Catchpole around all the fascinating exterior details of the 3.8mIllion Euro Tourbillon but we think the interior is perhaps even more spectacular. With clear influence and inspiration taken from mechanical watches the titanium dials are wonders to behold. The steering wheel is pretty crazy too… And talking of watches, the car’s name, Tourbillon, means whirlwind in French, but it is a word widely associated with a complicated mechanism found in watches. As Henry explains, with the help of a Ulysse Nardin, it was invented in 1795 to negate the impact of gravity and improve the accuracy of timekeeping in pocket watches. Of course, this being a Bugatti, it is incredibly fast, with a top speed of 276mph (445kph). It is also capable of 0-62mph in 2sec, 0-124mph in under 5sec, 0-186mph in under 10sec and 0-248mph in under 25sec. But in the age of the hyper EV and cars like the the Bugatti’s cousin, the Rimac Nevera, pure performance doesn’t seem to carry the sway that it once did, so where does that leave the Tourbillon? Catchpole thinks that the answer can be found in the quartz crisis of the 1970s and what followed. We hope you enjoy this film on the Bugatti Tourbillon. BMW M4 CS review - BMW aims for perfect 10 rather than turning dial up to 11- This is the new BMW M4 CS, a more track-focused variant of the BMW M4 Competition. So we took the chance to film it when we had a brief drive at a race track. Join our Richard Lane as he tries the car, which has the same 542bhp 3.0-litre straight-six cylinder engine as the rather wild M4 CSL, but with sweeter manners and fewer wayward handling impulses. It also has a fabulous cabin with a pared-back carbon-finished centre console, mighty bucket seats and a new, Alcantara-clad steering wheel. There is bespoke tune for the damping, springs, stability control, steering and brakes. The driving experience is pitched squarely between the M4 Competition and the CSL. 2022 Aston Martin V12 Vantage Review: £265k, 700bhp, 200mph Supercar Tested | Top Gear- This is the new Aston V12 Vantage - the 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 from the contemporary DB11 and DBS Superleggera stuffed into the comparatively small Vantage. Usually, a much more compact, lighter biturbo V8 sits in that nose. This isn’t a new idea though; AM has previous when it comes to V12s in Vantages - the original appeared in 2009, albeit with a touch more subtlety in the bodywork/aerodynamics department. In this iteration, you’re looking at just under 700bhp, 550lb ft of torque and 385bhp per tonne - the latter a little down because V12s are well-known fatties. Still, a Vantage that does 0-62mph in the mid-threes and the double-tonne top end is not to be sniffed at. How good is the new Porsche 911 GT3? Full track review of '992' series road racer | Autocar- This is the new 2021 Porsche 911 GT3. And it is different: bigger, faster ... better? We'll see. The big news with this latest GT3, based on the '992' series 911, is that it has double wishbone front suspension, rather than a MacPherson strut, for the first time in the 911's history. It also has a fancy array of aerodynamics including a swan-neck mount for the rear wing. Elsewhere things are more familiar. As with its 991 predecessor, it has a 4.0-litre flat six engine, though now making 503bhp (510hp), and driving through either a manual or a PDK twin-clutch automatic gearbox, (the auto is tested here). Performance is mega. It'll do 0-62mph in 3.4sec and has a top speed of 198mph (199mph as a manual). And, if you're counting, fuel consumption is 21.7-21.9mph and it emits 283-304g/km of CO2. New Mini Cooper S 2021 review | Still a great hot hatch? | Autocar- This is the latest 2021 version of the Mini Cooper S, making its debut almost exactly 20 years after the first BMW-engineered version of the car appeared as a 21st century reinterpretation of the original. Since then the 'new' BMW Mini has been through plenty of iterations, up to and including EV and PHEV variants and even a crossover. But in this 3-door hot hatch Cooper S derivative it still feels like arguably the purest kind of Mini to us. The latest Mini Cooper S makes 175bhp and 207lb ft from its generously-sized 2.0-litre turbocharged engine. That lets it hit 0-62mph in 6.8sec and gives it a top speed of 146mph. It'll return 43.5-45.6mpg and has a CO2 output of 140-148g/km. Those are the headline numbers. FLAT OUT in the Lamborghini Centenario!- This is the Lamborghini Centenario, let's go for a ride up the hillclimb at the Goodwood Festival of Speed! The most Lamborghiniest of Lamborghinis is presented here in full carbon with yellow highlights, one of just 20 in Coupe form being made (with an additional 20 Roadsters inbound too). It maintains the 6.5l V12 from the Aventador with power posted to 770hp and 690Nm of torque. At the wheel we have Lamborghini driver, Max Venturi, piloting the 7-figure hypercar as it flies up the track with me along for the ride. With the experience flying by in a blur I had a brief opportunity to have a play with the in car entertainment and telemetry functionality but mostly take in the epic noise that naturally aspirated V12 continues to make. This is the One-off Ferrari P80/C! EXCLUSIVE RIDE FLAT OUT- This is the Ferrari P80/C, a unique product from Ferrari's Special Projects team based on the 488 GT3 racecar, and you can join me now for a completely exclusive opportunity to discover it! Let's take a look at all of the details of this bespoke machine before heading to the hillclimb with Sam Bird at the wheel for the full experience. As Ferrari's 36th such project, the P80/C is the result of 5-6 years work between the customer and the design and engineering teams. Having started life working from the 488 GT3 prototype, the new carbon fibre bodywork takes inspiration from the 330 P3/4 while incorporating a lower roofline and both Attack and Concours configurations. As you see it here, the car features the high rear wing and 18" race wheels; but it can also be set up without the wing and fitted with 21" display wheels too for different types of shows. The appearance at the Goodwood Festival of Speed is actually its very first outing, and certainly for a dynamic display to the public. The owner of the car very kindly invited me to jump onboard to share the car with you and give a sense of what it's like. It wears the largest turbochargers ever fitted to a production passenger-car engine. This flat-plane-crank V-8 is shared with the forthcoming 1250-hp, 2026 Corvette ZR1X and was developed alongside the Corvette Z06's naturally aspirated LT6. Cammisa's non-ZTK-package test car has the optional aero kit, but not the track suspension and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires from the Z06. Instead, it's wearing Michelin Pilot Sport 4S (PS4S) tires with a more livable suspension to take its place as the do-everything Corvette. And it starts with speed — through the quarter-mile, we recorded 9.8 seconds at 146 mph, making this (by a significant margin) the quickest two-wheel drive car we've ever tested. The ZR1 badge means "King of the Hill" in Corvette-speak, and was invented as a competition package for the C3 Corvette. In 1989, the 1990 Corvette ZR-1 debuted as the first to wear the badge — and was immediately called The Corvette From Hell. It was the fastest accelerating car in the land, and the second-fastest car you could buy in America. But it wasn't a one-trick pony, breaking records for lap times, lateral grip, and braking distances by using technology to improve its performance. Its 5.7-liter LT5 engine was designed by Lotus, built by Mercury Marine, and featured 4 camshafts and 32 valves — something no Corvette had until the LT6/LT7 Gemini twins in the C8. In this episode, we race the C4 ZR-1 against the mid-engine Ferrari of the moment, the 348 (and a Serie Speciale, to boot.) The performance wasn't even close — the Ferrari is a magnificent piece of engineering, but the Corvette beat it in every measure. 15 years later came the C6 Corvette ZR1, known internally initially as the Blue Devil. It featured a supercharged 6.2-liter LS9 V-8 that made 638 hp. Once again, the ZR1 badge stood for bandwidth, meaning the ZR1 did it all: it once again broke records for handling and braking, and lap times to boot, with a Laguna Seca lap record set by our very own, SCCA Hall of Fame race-car driver, and cohost Randy Pobst. The C7 Corvette ZR1, which came 10 full years later, was born into a different time, where Ferraris had gained turbochargers and got serious about speed. The C7 ZR1 used the 6.2-liter LT5, supercharged to 755 hp, to keep pace with the newly turbocharged mid-engine Ferraris, specifically the 488. In trying to keep up, the C7 proved difficult to handle, and spelled the end of the front-engine Corvette. The C8 is an entirely different animal, and with its mid-mounted, flat-plane-crankshaft V-8 and mandatory dual-clutch automatic, closely resembles Ferrari's recipe. Which, now, Lamborghini is copying with the forthcoming Temerario. So, to all those saying the C8 is an American Ferrari, Jason suggests it's far more like an American Lamborghini — complete major power and brash looks. And besides, Ferrari has moved away, with the 296 GTB and GTS using a 120-degree V-6 in place of the high-revving flat-plane-crank V-8 that Ferrari invented. So how does the C8 ZR1 stack up? To eliminate damaging crankshaft torsional vibrations, the engine’s power was taken from the middle of the cranks — sent to a traditional dogleg 5-speed transaxle driving the rear wheels. That's right, a V16 and a dogleg manual transmission. With four popup headlights. (And four more driving lights.) For decades, there’s been speculation that the engine was just two Ferrari V8s (from the 308 Quattrovalvole) or two Lamborghini V8s (from the Urraco P300) — but it’s neither. The cylinder block is one cast V16 — though it borrows much from both the Lamborghini and Ferrari V8s. A total of 10 Cizeta V16Ts were produced — this prototype is the only one badged Cizeta-Moroder, as chief investor and famed music producer Giorgio Moroder pulled out of the venture before the production cars were built. Almost winning a comparison test against the Ferrari F40, Porsche 959 and Countach, its reviews were exceedingly positive. However, the man whose initials are spelled out "Cizeta" in Italian, cast a sometimes negative light on the car, becoming embroiled in a $150,000,000 lawsuit against Jay Leno. Not to mention all the parties who sued Zampolli — including his own lawyer, whom he double-crossed. The other option will be a lower downforce package with 400-500kg that could be called "ambition 300" with a target set of 300mph - following up to the 284mph record achieved by the Agera RS. Ahead of the reveal at the 2019 Geneva Motorshow, I went to Angelholm, Sweden, to the home of Koenigsegg to see the car in the final preparation stages. Check Out the New LAMBORGHINI SIAN! | FIRST LOOK- This is the brand new Lamborghini Sian and the very first opportunity to see it in person! The hybrid system connects directly to the 7 speed ISR gearbox with the additional power going to the rear and allowing the car to complete the 0-100km/h (62mph) sprint in just 2.8s and on to a top speed of 350km/h (221mph). With both a monocoque and bodywork made from carbon fibre, the car makes quite a statement visually but also in terms of the technology which will hopefully filter into the replacement series production model to the Aventador. New FERRARI SF90 XX Breaks Cover! First Look at Maranello's ULTIMATE Supercar- This is the brand new Ferrari SF90 XX! The limited special series, track version of the SF90 arrives as both the XX Stradale and XX Spider, dialling up the aero with a return of a fixed wing, lowering weight, and bring the Ferrari XX ethos to a production road go. Let's check it out! Ferrari have simultaneously launched the new SF90 XX Stradale limited to 799 units, and the SF90 XX Spider, limited to 599 units. It's been in the works for some time now, and as an owner of a 'regular' SF90 Stradale, this is one I have been looking forward to seeing. Last week, I was lucky to travel to Maranello for the private preview, to see the new cars up close, and my word are they impressive. Power lifts to a total of 1,030hp; with the 4.0l TT V8 now making 797hp (up 17hp) and the 3 electric motors making a total of 233hp (up 13hp) for a 0-100km/h (62mph) time of just 2.3s and a 0-200km/h (124mph) time of a measly 6.5s, before reaching a top speed of 325km/h (203mph). However, the dynamics have been significantly worked on with ABS EVO now introduced from the 296, Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer 2.0, and a new gearbox logic combined with a redesigned hot tube system for improved sound and exciting noises on shifts. Visually the car SF90 XX is dramatic, featuring a fixed wing for the first time on a Ferrari road car since the F50, which is part of producing a huge 530kg of downforce at top speed. This is combined with familiar Ferrari aero features like the S-Ducts in the nose, the vented louvres on the arches, and a new active gurney operating beneath the rear spoiler. It is the most extreme version of the SF90, a track car calibrated for road use and in fact the first XX model to be assembled on the Maranello production line. That experimental ethos to make the highest performing machine possible brings a road car closer to the track experience than ever before. New BMW M3 Competition 'G80' vs 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio review | Autocar- This is the all-new BMW M3 Competition, 2021's hottest new super saloon. It packs a 3.0-litre twin turbocharged engine with oodles of power, with some 503bhp (metrically, 510hp) and some 479lb ft on tap. At the moment it's rear-wheel drive, which is all the better to use its 'M Drift Analyser' function (though there will be a 4wd version later). But the new 2021 M3 is no lightweight, at some 1725kg, which is otherwise known as 'quite a lot' for a BMW 3-Series. But still it can get from 0-62mph in 4.2sec and go on to a 180mph top speed (with the optional M Driver's Package). The car costs from £74,755. Here it's up against what is, in our minds, its greatest competitor, the 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. We are huge fans of the Alfa, which has no shortage of power itself, with its 2.9-litre V6 making the self same 503bhp (510hp) as the M3 but with a little less torque, of 443lb ft. But then, it has less to carry around, weighing in at 1580kg, a much more palatable figure for a compact executive saloon. As a result the Giulia Quadrifoglio can get from 0-62mph in just 3.9sec and it has a whopping top speed of 191mph. It costs £67,995. Which car will our testers prefer, though? STO stands for Super Trofeo Omolagata (Italian for homologation), as a fair amount of its go-faster technology in it is drawn from the car used in Lamborghini's Super Trofeo one-make racing series. The STO’s engine is probably the least changed thing about it. This is Lamborghini’s long-serving naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10, making the same 631bhp peak power that it did in the Huracán Performante. It is, however, rear-wheel drive only, and with a raft of other weight-saving measures it comes in at just 1339kg (dry), which is 43kg less than the Huracán Performante. Performance is electrifying. Ferrari 599 SA Aperta, Full Details- This is my first Ferrari 599 SA Aperta I spot on the street ! It's painted in a beautiful metallic yellow (Giallo Tristato). It had a hard roof. I don't know if it fits in the trunk. The car is basically a 599 roadster but with a 599 GTO engine ! From the front, I can't tell the differences with a GTO. The drops of rain give the car a lot of charm when you look at the details... Enjoy !

Ride in 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air- This is my 59 Bel Air. I am the second owner, and have owned the car since March 1978. I paid $75.00 for it, with 58,000 miles at that time. It is still mostly original, other than it has been repainted, by me, in 1984. Dashboard still has the factory original paint and gauges. Everything on the car works great. Options are, clock, deluxe heater, two speed electric wipers, AM radio,Tissue Dispenser, parking brake alarm...blinking red light in very beginning of video... EZI glass...tinted, rocker moldings, vent shades and license plate pocket guard...gas filler is behind license plate. The engine is a 348 cid 250 hp Turbo Thrust V-8, that has never been overhauled. It has a 4-Jet Rochester carb. The power steering is driven off the rear of the generator...yes it has a DC generator....not a AC alternator with diodes to change the AC to DC current. Power brakes are boosted by factory Bendix booster. Trans is a 3 speed manual and axle ratio is 3.36 to1. Driving it from Michigan to Georgia it got 18 mpg and used no oil.
